About Us

We bought our first two miniatures in 2003, but very soon we found out that two wasn't enough!
So suddenly we had 14 wonderful miniature horses...

During 2006 we decided to become more serious about our horses, and therefor ended up with selling our broodmares and our young stock, because we wanted to focus on only about showing and selling top quality show horses and broodmares with champion bloodlines.
And this decision was wise; 2006 was the year were 5 Star Miniatures was the farm that won most of the Grand Champion and Supreme titles in Europe.
Besides doing well at the shows in Europe, Malene was also the first European who participated at the World Show in Texas -USA, and going WORLD CHAMPION!

2007 has been just as wonderful as 2006, with several Grand Champion titles in the halter classes.
This year we have also begun to show in the driving classes aswell as halter, and what a great decision! 

With the help and support from Darin Southwick, we ended up winning a World Res Champion and a World Top Ten at the 2007 World Show in Dallas -USA!

Our goal is to only sell and show horses that typify the standard we strive for: an elegant Miniature Horse with all the physical and mental attributes of the best "big horses", concentrated in a small package.
